Chef Emmanuel is a Dubai-based culinary entrepreneur from Cameroon with over a decade of hands-on experience in the kitchen. After years of managing kitchens and developing menus across the UAE, he founded Upskill Hospitality to solve a deep-rooted industry problem: lack of affordable, practical, and inspiring chef training.

With a vision to turn Upskill into the "Netflix of Culinary Skills," Chef Emmanuel is now building a platform where chefs can learn, teach, and earn all in one place. His mission? To train 10,000+ chefs and revolutionize hospitality education in the Middle East.

When he’s not developing new courses or filming with local chefs, you’ll find him mentoring young talent, advocating for better kitchen culture, and building bridges between passion and opportunity.
